  • I am a assistant manager which mums I run all day to day parts of the business this can be from opening or closing down the business each day and making sure the welfare of the team I always at it’s best and we’re are providing the best service possible each day

  • I am enjoying the programme as even though I have been in this company a while this is teaching me little tips and tricks which could help me improve as a person and a mangers and give me a better understanding of how certain thinks work or could be looked at

  • Very well organised get plenty of notice for when our next classroom Or Meeting is my tutor is very good always [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] when have any issues very understanding and helpful and have regular face to face meeting to check up on me and my progress help with any concerns I may have

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive every little help form my am hement except from one who is also doing this course and helps gives me evidence and advice what to expect. Geiger rest of management give me very little support and make certain aspects harder as don’t like when. You ah e tongo classrooms and not be atbwork

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Plenty always available to answer any questions I have not too long between either a meeting or classroom give us plenty of Resources to help us gather the information we need to help use other or work such as my life also explain how to use all these resources so we can get the most use out of it

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • If as helps me notice more about myself and help me improve and things within my team and how to become a overall Bette Roberson and stronger manager just by making slight changes within my style of management thingsninwound tof noticed and been able to change before it h sbecome more useful then I thought

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • No our company Dosent offer anything outside of work there is nothing for any of the team to do together outside of work together except for the chief as party once a year we do have meeting which is the only time w who’ve all the team together at any one point

  • 9a. Would you recommend Greene King to a friend?
  • No


  • 9b. Why?
  • There work life balance will not exist and promises can made and not followed through customers can be very difficult tonwork with and shifts which are understaffed can be nightmare a lot is expected of you and some times unrealistic goals to achieve but will not be tolerated if you fail due to unforeseen circumstances


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Greene King?
  • Make sure you enjoyingninteravting with people and.l be prepared to have some days that will be extremely hard and difficult but also there are days that are really enjoyable so be prepared to take the good with the bad but will help you grow as a person overall and help gain confidence
