  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • My programme unfortunately coincided with COVID restrictions 3 months in. Enjoyed the programme for the first 3 months, but ended up being a little bit of a rush to finish due to furlough and the course ending. Not the providers fault

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Before COVID, there was a clear structure as to when i would be learning particular subjects, and clear deadlines. During lockdown, face to face class sessions were no longer possible. Everybody did their best to accommodate however and i'm sure this has improved over time

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • As much as possible, becoming much more frequent when needed towards the end of the course. I personally cannot fault them

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • At this moment, it has little effect due to me not undertaking the role i qualified for. I do find that i am called upon for certain tasks however as i build myself into the role

  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to E.ON?
  • Have a clear mind set of where and how you want to progress. Support has been given in my experience when i've had a clear focus of how i want to further my career
