I have learnt many new skills and have developed many of my existing skills through my work and through the help of my apprenticeship.

I enjoy the support that my trainer gives me to want to help me achieve and pass through my apprenticeship.

I have been given much information with regards to the structure of my programme and feel at first it wasn’t as organised as it should have been.

My employer gives me much support to help me through my apprenticeship.

I feel I get a lot of support from my trainer with quick catch up calls and emails to both work and personal emails. He is always at the end of the phone for help and advice
