  • really enjoyed it

  • to begin with there was some confusion and was a little over complicated but after a break due to covid it was really well structured

  • minimal -the programme was not introduced to middle management as effectively as it could have been and this impacted colleagues of mine having to struggle to find the time and capacity to work and do the course luckily i had fantastic managers who we very supporting

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • again in the first part of the course the support was ok and minimal but after covid i had a new point of contact who was a dream she explained everything clearly and made sure that i understood what i needed to do to succeed

  • i feel that this gave me the confidence that i was doing and managing things in the right way

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • i have worked for them for 14 years and although they have some flaws they are a good company to work for they have come along way in the business modelling and put processes in place to support their staff


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to E.ON?
  • keep going , keep learning , maximise opportunities but learning from others
