Currently I am on a rotation in the Talent Acquisition and Development Team. My role involves a variety of activities, from interacting with current talent and recruiting new talent.
I have developed my communication and teamwork skills massively, from regularly talking to others in my company and working with my team to complete tasks.
I really enjoy my work activities and I have a lot of support around me.
my apprenticeship is very structured, I have clear rotations and my professional qualification is very organized.
I have a good support network and I know who I can go to if I need any help.
I have regular meetings with my tutor from ALS and there are regular support sessions with Avado. I can also email both contacts if I need any help.
It helps me put theoretical knowledge into practice and helps me link my experience to my knowledge.
Due to COVID-19 I have not had many opportunities to do this yet, but with restrictions easing there is a lot to look forward to in the upcoming future.
