I am assistant manger of a retardant my duties consist of running shift day to day and ironing and closing the business making sure all issues are sorted in the day. Also make sure all team are working to there best standards and are keep the standards up to what we expect
I have a Bette understanding of training people now instead of doing it my way I now know sometimes people learn in different way and that have to take more time to identify the way they train. It has also helped me improve my communication throughout my team and improve the way I come across.
I am currently enjoying quite a bit the work is helpful and helping me improve myself a day person inside and outside of work. It is also helping me improve skill I think i will need to help progress further in my career at a later Point and many skills can use regardless of what I do
Very organised this my third NVQ this one has been the best so far constant updates I o wow it is expected and I hat I need to do to get the results i want. My assent is always available to answer anything I need and always makes sure I understand what I need to do for next session
My actual employer not much constantly feel like it’s a hindrance on them when I have to do things for my MdP or have to have a day off to go to a classroom or meeting constantly have to cause them to fill bits in to help me Progress
As much as I need regardless of when I ask she gets back to me in a very good time and makes sure I fully understand what I meant to be doing before moving on. Very professional and this is my third NVQ and haven’t had anyone who keeps me in loop as much and replies so quick
There helping em improve a little aspects of my management style and more aware of how I am personally as well as with my team and help me become Overall a lot strange rmamager in all aspects of my job and helping me get ready to progress to the next stage
No we do nothing outside of our job no extra social events or anything to help this year we coudnt even get one night off all together to celebrate Christmas we never get any kee way to be able to celebrate our successs as a full team all together unless we go after work

There’s a l out of hours to be worked and very unsocial for your personal life. Also can be spoken to very badly by customers and some times Have too much expectations on you when people higher up don’t even help or contribute sometimes get over looked and disregarded.
Make sure you ready for a fast paced environment but if you get your head down and do the job the chance of progression is there and can be a very i or place to work but beware of the busy days can be full make sure your mentally strong as people can get you down
