I've developed not only physical skills such as hand fitting techniques, but also developed my confidence in presentations and communicating.
I am really enjoying my program and look forward to the future steps
once explained too me there is a clear structure in place, however it can be flexible to suit me if I had any strong preferences or aims to be in a certain area.
I receive as much support as I ask for, this is a fair way of doing this as it helps me build confidence asking for help when required but also allows me to be confident that I am not alone on this course
The training provider can be contacted via email and will provide support to an extent depending on the questions asked, they have a lot of resources available and can point you in the right direction to access them
My qualification gives me the extra confidence in my own abilities to allow me to complete my role better a work
These activities have been limited due to Covid so I have not properly explored them
