Administration of the property portfolio's deeds. Administration of the data in the Land Information System. Applying analytics and developing dashboards for the teams of the department.
Core information regarding data structures, the data lifecycle, the data project lifecycle, types of data, GDPR, the data landscape, structured query language (SQL) and Advanced analytical methods.
Remote working, attending virtual lectures, talking to professionals that have the right qualification or experience in the field i was training in.
Considering the quick adaptation to COVID it was structured well. However more could have been done to explain how you were going to start. Maybe a new starter induction presentation could have been made.
My manager was excellent.
The support was to a high standard with the provider making time to talk things through whenever you needed to or did not get anything.
Now I know some fundamentals about data etc I can bring a new dimensions and suggestions to the team and my department. However this might not advance your role.

I would recommend my team and my manager. However there is still room for improvement in giving a voice to the people that are not on schemes such as the graduate scheme. Everyone's opinion counts. It should be who is the best person for the role.
There are schemes out there for everyone, however be prepared to wait because your role might not advance. This is a stable company to work for who take health and safety very seriously.
