  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I've not been here for very long but I feel like my experience so far has had a very positive influence on me in terms of professional and personal growth. I have learnt a lot about the working world and believe my apprenticeship at Tarmac has: -Made me feel more confident -Made me feel proud of my job -Has made me feel passionate about the work I do -Developed me and improved my skills (e.g communication, presenting) -Made me more self aware/ reflective

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Tarmac?
  • Be yourself! I believe there's a culture at Tarmac where focus is on placed on the individual and what they can bring. Id suggest to anyone applying to show self-awareness by analysing your strengths/ areas you would like to develop (as apprenticeships are development programmes!) and be proud of who you are.
