I manage a team of 13 recruitment consultants to provide temp staffing for the NHS, monitoring performance and meeting key objectives and targets
I have learnt more self awareness, many different management tools available to enable me to support my team better
I have found it challenging at times but really enjoyed working with my Tutor to achieve this qualification
It is fantastic. Bud is used to track all activity and communicate with my tutor. Everything is in one place. One thing i would improve is being able to upload evidence as you go and being able to come back to add more. At the moment you have to upload everything all at once.
It has been a challenging time for our company with the pandemic and it is hard for me to get evidence completed by my line manager as she is so busy I hav ebeen unable to take time out of my work day to complete my apprenticeship and done everything in my own time
[This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] from Paragon is fantastic. She is responsive when i have questions and i always felt supported and able to anything i needed
It enables me to be a more efficient and effective manager for my team. It has grown my knowledge and skills and provided me with opportunities to learn more about areas i would not usually cover in my role, such as budgeting and project management
Nothing
Yes
As a company we provide a fantastic service to the NHS that saves them Money which in turn means when we need treatment it is available
Go for it! Although the pay is not as high as other employers, the value you get from making a difference certainly makes up for that!
