  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • On a day to day basis I often liaise with parents and children to offer exceptional child care. I arrange activities and learning opportunities for all the children in the room within my setting as well as my key children who I work with more closely. I also care and safeguard children in the setting.

  • My programme is very well organised and very well structured. I find that the programme offers a substantial and well structured course which is easy for learners to follow and the structure makes sense and flows well into the following modules. • 9a. Would you recommend Happy Hours Day Nursery to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I would recommend Realise training and apprenticeships to friends and family as it offers new opportunities with good structure. It has allowed me to gain new skills as well as being employed and making new friends. I have been able to work in my desired job whilst being trained to do so.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Happy Hours Day Nursery?
  • I would advise fellow or new apprentices to keep up with the work load. The work load is fairly manageable and can be kept on top of weekly, the work is relatively easy if you know your stuff and if you ensure to attend all webinars and make notes to get the most of our these sessions.
