Training and hiring off staff. Running the business when GM isn't here. Stock control and cash control. Ensuring guests have a good experience and dealing with any issues that arise during their visit.
Gained a lot more confidence during the apprenticeship. Have learnt how to manage different team members through different styles of leadership. Have learnt how to manage conflict in the team. Have learnt how to run projects and use analysis and budget templates.

I learnt a lot during the course which I was then able to use in work. Particularly managing team performance and how to increase team motivation.
Many charity fundraising events for McMillen Cancer Support. We also have team social nights at Christmas.
