  • Planning lead for the Business Transformation of E.ON UK I&C, with the key objective to move I&C customer base onto new nBS billing platform and deliver a future operating model as part of E.ON UK acquisition of nPower Business Solutions. Migration of significant volumes of I&C Sales customers, meter points and implementing a new organisational design to deliver FTE synergies • Responsible for planning & tracking of new I&C organisational model implementation and the activities supporting the migration of customers off legacy systems onto a single billing platform. • Lead on Customer Readiness activities across both the sales & service functions, working collaboratively across external comms, product development and the operations to ensure clarity on customer journey and engagement approach. • Ensure new organisational capabilities are in place to support customers migration onto new platform, in particular through simplifying complex product and data sets to deliver key themes of changes & associated customer impact in a succinct way to the operational business.
