During my shift at work I primarily work in the bar and serve drinks to the guests coming into the pub. I also work on the floor serving guests and ensuring they are okay. Sometimes I help in the kitchen.
Yes, whilst being on a Apprenticship I have learned a lot of new things and enjoy doing so. Help from my mentor helps me a lot as I can ask as many questions as possible and be shown what to do.
The programme I am taking I enjoy a lot, I enjoy learning new things. This is massive as I know these skills will come into play later on.
I sometimes struggle with the modules and that’s why it is so important to have these meetings with [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] so she can show me what things I need to revise more and touch up on.
As of now, not much as I do not need her. [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] is always asking me how things are going and if I need help, and if I do she’s always free for a chat.
Support comes whenever I need it. There has been times in the past where I haven’t been too sure on something and it has been as simple as a quick text and it’s been sorted.
Learning new things whilst through my training provider helps me in the workplace as new knowledge and new skills that I can practice whilst being at work.
Every now and again. We do a lot of work for Macmillan and every staff member tries to get involved which ever way they can. The last one was a running event where staff members ran on a treadmill.
