  • Relationship manage a number of portfolios, to which I manage their electricity and gas.

  • I developed on my communication skills, and the different types of communication types there is, depending on who I am talking too.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoyed the learning of the programme, it helped me understand different techniques i could use in my everyday role and also if I were to become successful in a team leader role.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I would have liked it to be more aligned. While there was structure, with regards to the organisation the learning i did with my DC was different to the self learnings (via REMIT) i was doing month to month.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I received good support, I was allocated a certain amount of time each week that I could focus on my learnings. As well as resource to play through scenarios for my evidence.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I received regular support. As this was during in COVID it was done all online via Teams.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It has definitely improved my performance with certain skill sets. It helped me to be more confident in myself, which was noted by my peers.

  • There is a variety of social activities and events that you can be part of if you wish.

  • Yes

  • Excellent company to work for, development of employees is seen as important. Encouraged to do grow and develop.
