I am a new assistant manager whom works for Greene king. My role is looking after the business and supporting the staff and the general manager
I have gained more knowledge of how a business works and started to develop my own management style
I enjoyed the 1 to 1 sessions with my trainer and the support he gave me while i was trying to learn all the new management techniques
My trainer gave me work every time we met and also helped me with anything i was unsure about. He also reminded me of our sessions prior as well
I never asked for help from work
Lee couldn’t have been more helpful he has even encouraged me to go on to the MDP course to further my knowledge
My career has progressed massively so much so that i became an assistant manager after finishing my course :)
I have recently joined the hornsea walking football club
Yes
They are an amazing company to work for and they look after their employees. They had a furlough scheme in place before the government had one
Work hard and you will be noticed by managers and BDM pretty soon
