  • When I began the course I was a team leader looking after 12 agents dealing with inbound calls from AA patrols. I now manage a team of 10 agents dealing with inbound sales calls

  • I feel that I have learnt new skills utilising the methods and models that have been taught throughout the course

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have enjoyed the programme to a certain extent, there were times over the Christmas period that it felt like it was getting too much and I did consider having a learning break but after talking to executive coach I was able to continue

  • The programme is very well structured and follows a good learning pattern

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • The support I have received from more employer is minimal. I was expecting to be allowed time off the floor to work on my apprenticeship but I have been restricted by my employer. Most of my work has been completed in my own time.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I have received adequate support from my executive coach and whenever I have reached out for support he ha always been available.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel that the things I have learnt about time management, prioritising work, communication skills and managing people have helped me in my day to day role.

  • The AA is a well established company that offers a chance of progression.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The AA?
  • I would advise to do some research in to the what the job entails and make sure that you end up in a department that suits your skills and home/work life
