  • Managing a team of call centre advisors towards achieving great customer outcomes, ensuring business and customer objectives are delivered and met through analysing KPI's and driven performance forward through the use of SMART targets and set objectives.

  • I feel I have grown in confidence having completed the programme, I understand the theory behind management a lot more and I am aware of tools that I can use that will help certain tasks in my day to day role through the apprenticeship

  • 9/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well organised I enjoy my calls with my development coach and have enjoyed the content throughout out. My development coach adjusts to my way of learning

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a good amount of support from my employer, my manager checks in around my progress and enjoys discussing how things are going throughout the month, time is given to me to complete the course on and off shift

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive all the support I need the monthly calls are very beneficial and helps steer me in the right direction we cover a lot of different topics and these are tackled in bite size sessions, I feel my knowledge has increased well over time.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel it has kept me motivated in my role and this has been a great boost, The tasks I have completed can be easily applied into scenario's that I come across regularly in my working environment.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There is additional activities, I am close with a few of the staff from my shift we often exercise together and have put our names forward for a charity bike ride.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • I feel that the AA has helped me find the career that is right for me, I have always been developed and pushed during my time here and feel it is a positive place to work.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The AA?
  • People need to make sure that the role is for them, this is fast paced environment whereby we are helping customers in dangerous locations, it is very rewarding to help those in need even when we are under pressure.
