  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is very clear and subjects are made in easy structure to understand with options to dig deeper and all help from training provided is proving how important is to understand or responsibilities. I would say is best possible way organised specially with face to face meetings with trainer to explain all missed by reading/listening bits.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Much. My managers are letting me to complete my apprenteship subjects using our company printer and letting me to accompany them through they own responsibilities so I can understand more of office work behind the pub running. If I required any help with activities from my programme they were always there to answer my questions and explain.
