    • I will drive around ij a lorry recovering broken down vehicles and dropping them off at customers required location

    • i have learnt the whole recovery process

    • i always enjoy learning new skills and meeting new people

    • because it is a new programme that the AA is doing there could definitely by so improvements

    • The AA have been very supportive

    • I haven't heard much from the training provider and when you reply to a email they send you, you will not hear anything back

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • the training provider are there to get you your hgv license, which you need to drive a recovery truck

    • I haven't been informed of any

    • from my experience so far they are a good company to work for

    • I would tell them to go for it
