  • electrical maintenance working on weekly planned in work from purges, motor checks, analyser work ect to pro active break in jobs to keep the plant running changing valves, motors ect

  • yes the college course and apprenticeship was great you learned from week to week and still learn every week now qualified

  • it was great you learned at a good pace over the 4 years stepping up in difficulty at college every year and getting more hands on at work

  • very well difficulty levels went up steadily at college and help was there if needed

  • help was always there if it was needed, would help in anyway

  • yeah the training program was well run with 6 week check ups to see how we was getting on

  • massively you learn key information at college which you really need on a day to day role at work

  • there may be but i never used any extra activities threw work

  • Yes

  • great opportunities to really get some good qualifications and skills


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Tarmac?
  • get good knowledge of the industry that your going into this will help at the interview stage ect
