  • The AA is a very supporting company to work for, they give you full training as well as assist you once the training is over. The office is a great environment to work in, however you also have the option to work from home. The AA provide wellbeing support teams which can help massively if you need it.

  • yes, the AA taught me many different ways to work on their systems and speak to customer over the phone.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The Programme i am on, is enjoyable, there isn't too much work, you are given 4 weeks+ to complete assigned tasks

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is very well structured with 1 full day a week to complete your coursework, you also have full support from team leaders and mangers when you're on the phone and there is always someone available to help.

  • My employer gives me help wherever is necessary, whether that is with my coursework, with my calls or even if there is a problem i need to discuss.

  • My Training provider is always open to message if i am stuck on a piece of coursework, and is always happy to help.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • the course allows me to feed back on calls meaning i can reflect on how a call went giving me an opportunity to improve.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • At work they do things such as patrol visits enabling us to see what a patrol does in their day, giving us a better idea so then we have better knowledge of what we speak about with the customers
