It is to lead a team, provide great customer service, maintain service runs smoothly, deligate jobs to the team, report to manager, deal with complaints, promote new deals, manage the bar. Maintain cleaniness.
Ive learned to be more confident in deligating and communicating and understanding more about hostipality.
