  • I’m newly appointed assistant manager, my job role is looking after customers and staff. Cashing up, locking up, payments of staff, customer queries or complaints.

  • I’m developed existing skills and refreshed myself on things.

  • I do really enjoy it, however I do struggle sometimes finding the time with working full time, house and children fitting in studying.

  • Structured online work, however not very structured outside.
