my role is as a back of house member cheffing. My day to day tasks include keeping my area clean and sanatery. ensuring that i am preped up for the day and that my team is also preped up for the day

yes i have learned that if food is stored in in water that the water gose of quicker and can make the rest of the product go off quicker.
