    • I have learned many skills whilst working aswell as learning things whilst doing my apprenticeship

    • i enjoy learning new things and being able to use the things i learn to help with my personal development as well as progressing in my career

    • super organised! i can learn modules in my own time when i have chance and get monthly meetings to talk through everything i have done

    • i receive a fair amount of support

    • i receive a lot of help from my trainer and he is super understanding

    • i use what i learn to have a better understanding of things including how to deal with customers. it has helped me progress within my role
