Leading a team of support workers to provide the highest standards of care to the client.
I have learnt many new skills while in my position and through my training over the last year
I enjoyed my training and found it both challenging and informative. I gained lots of new knowledge with great support from my tutor Debbie.
Always available to help and explain and support when needed.
I have gained valuable knowledge through this course to help me progress in my role.
