    • I lead the team and deal with any complaints when I am on shift as duty manager and cash up lock and alarm the building when I am duty manager.

    • I have learnt so much since being on the course and my course tutor has been amazing praising me on my strengths and helping me with my weaknesses.

    • I love everything about the course the maths is holding me back and can't wait to complete my course and start the next one

    • Very structured with regular visits and calls and my tutor is at the end of the phone for any help and advice I need

    • My employer really helps me and gives me time help and guidance

    • Lots of help can't thank her enough

    • Definitely and makes me feel proud of how much I have learnt and how far I have come in such a short time and also gained me being promoted

    • We have meetings and recruitment days and also help promote the apprenticeship
