I’ve learnt a huge amount - positive words from communication workshop, the whole communication workshop opened my eyes to the ways that we communicate and how we can assess what works best for individuals. I’ve learnt a lot about management theories and motivation theories, I loved completing this apprenticeship
I loved it, the support was everything you could want and more. I will always advocate for people to complete apprenticeships. Earning while you learn is just amazing
Can’t fault it. Perhaps the evidence workshop comes 2nd as you’re already 4 months in when you do it but other than that nothing.
An amazing amount, my general manager was so supportive and I can’t thank her enough.
An amazing amount, my trainer moved roles but still got in touch to make sure I was ok. Can’t thank them enough
The stuff I’ve learnt is central to how I will be a better employee and manager going forward
