  • Help manage projects within a programme, very interesting and fast paced enviroment. This involves uspporting PMs, attending project reviews and managing project governance

  • I very much enjoy my job as there is a great company culture, many people with vast amounts of knowledge to learn from and interesting projects

  • Very well organised as we have our line manager to report to and are all in delegated project teams. I have had good training and know who to report to

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I recieve most support from my line manager, however there are teams such as ocupational health, HR and resourcing who also fully support us

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My tutor at QA provides us with lots of support to help us learn and gain our qualification with ease. We have regular 1;1s and study sessions

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • This helps a lot as I can relate what I learn in my job and it allows me to perform better as I can put the theory into practice and use different methodologys

  • As working is currently from home there is not many I am aware of

  • Work hard on your application and prep for the interview, take your time and everyone in the process is lovely so there is nothing to fear
