  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Since my new tutor, Chris, has started, I have had immense support in both my training and progression, making the journey much more streamlined and less stressful. I enjoy learning, and having the opportunity to grow my knowledge, as well as being able to document my progression within my portfolio.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is quite structured now, before Chris started, I felt like the programme had minimal structure and support wasn't always there. However Chris has really helped with more sessions, better support and advice when needed. Within my workplace as we are only a SMB the structure can feel a bit hectic sometimes, but i do enjoy the constant workflow.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer is quite supportive when it comes to training for the business, however it is down to me to make the time to do training for my apprenticeship work. My manager understands that i require training in the workplace and does reassure that help will be given when asked and my team are quite supportive when it comes to my progression.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My tutor runs three different sessions a week which focus on different elements of the course, these are run at a come as you please pace until we fill ready to complete our exam which is brilliant as i feel like i can absorb the information properly, as well as this, there are multiple resources available to us on teams, and my tutor is always really helpful in answering any questions.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • well I have only been in my apprenticeship for 6 months and i have already had lots of opportunities to apply what i learn in my sessions to my role. from learning different strategies to being able to communicate better with out of house professionals and i am also able to apply my thinking to marketing better, for example i dont think 'how' to do something i think about 'what' i will do (lead generation not gaining contacts for example)

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • With the current situation of Covid-19 my workplace has not had much opportunity to do much outside of work, although we have planned going out for work meals. as far as i am aware we do not take part in any sports activities, but my manager has discussed marketing and supplier meetings as a potential for when i am more experienced.

  • 9a. Would you recommend LMP Group to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I would recommend let me play to a certain extent, i think it all depends on the tutors as i have not dealt with Let me play directly, although i think that with the proper tutors in place, the course does have a decent structure to ensure a fulfilled and beneficial apprenticeship.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to LMP Group?
  • I would advise that they continue pushing for help when they need it, and if they are unhappy with their current tutor, to speak up because there are tutors at let me play who are committed to helping you achieve the best grade that you can. i would also advise that they make the most of the resources available to them as it saves a lot of time and effort than searching yourself.
