  • I enjoyed my programme as it was hands on working in the field whilst also creating a portfolio.

  • It was very well organized with regular support and time put aside for me to work on my portfolio and for studying.

  • I had a lot of support from my manager, patch leads and colleagues. i also had constant support from my NVQ assessor.

  • i had constant support from my NVQ assessor.

  • The qualification gave me specific skills which I require for my everyday role.

  • Not that I am aware of but all extra-curricular will have been put on hold due to COVID-19.

  • Openreach is a great company to work for with constant support and a lot of good people who are dedicated to the job.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BT?
  • Be confident in your abilities, be up to scratch with your health & safety and make sure you work well with customers and colleagues.
