  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The program has been very well structured throughout it, we have been provided with a rotation plan which showed where it is that we are to be on what dates and for what length of time. This made the most of my time learning within the company and being able to understand what goes into our products. The training has been outstanding with 1st class engineers/machinists teaching all the skills required.
