  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Once I had a regular assessor it really fell in to place and I could progress through the modules to completion.

    7/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Well structured, I do think that there are elements that have to be completed and don’t reflect the job role so it does feel like a tick box exercise at times.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Loads of support. Days are set aside to complete the work. I worked through mine in the lockdown of the COVID outbreak so had extra time which I felt was needed.

  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Great pay and bonus. Really supportive from day one. Great job that can vary everyday.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BT?
  • It can be daunting at times but stuck with it. Once you get on to your patch team the support is even better and no pressure to achieve high numbers of jobs each day, just provide quality and the rest will follow.
