  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Our qualifications are not 100 percent related to what we take part in at work however there is information that we learn that becomes useful to know when you are in the workplace and the theory side of it helps when it comes to problem solving at work if we are struggling.

  • 9a. Would you recommend BMW Group to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Because they are a great company to work for and they give you a lot of opportunities and support you thoroughly. The apprenticeship programs are a very good way of expanding your knowledge and learning on job at the same time. Yes, i would definitely recommend it to a friend.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group?
  • I would suggest having good qualifications and you should have some work experience before starting as i came straight from school with only little work experience and it was a big step up going straight into a full working environment. However if you are used to this then it will be fine.
