  • I conduct maintenance on logistics based equipment

  • I have learnt many new skills, most of which I cannot state as you pick up the passive skill to be able to do your job well.

  • The programme is fairly enjoyable but helps if you have interest in the business

  • The structure of the programme is not very good. I've had no placement before and been shoved into a placement that wasn't right for me and had nothing to do with the job role.

  • Adequate support

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Good support for NVQ and EPA however BMet college is bad with support and organisation.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel like the NVQ helped me outline how to conduct a professional report however not much to do with my working role.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There probably is but its not widely shown and due to covid nothing is going on at this point in time.

  • No


  • 9b. Why?
  • I came into this business with the idea that it was going to be strict and professional. Although I don't dislike working here, I would not recommend due to the inorganization and structure of the apprenticeship

  • Bring a strong topic to speak about for the interview
