Bringing stock from the warehouse to the shelves on the shop floor and making the customers experience a memorable one, ensuring customers can return in confidence.

I have learned how to operate the warehouse which holds the stock, alongside communicating with shift leaders in order to complete other initial tasks set.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme, it is hard work and everyone puts in the effort so no one is left behind.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised, I have been assigned a tutor and I have been set assessments and lessons in which I will be completing in the coming months

I receive performance reviews every three months which states my advantages which make me an asset to the team and some improvements which I could work on overtime

I receive 100% support my training provider understands what the store operations entail and gives me the reassurance that I am making great progress.

Your training provider can offer you a lot of support throughout the year with regards to your experience and address any issues or concerns you may have.

Expect a lot of hard work however expect an excellent work life balance and a neutral relationship with your peers. Aldi is a great place to work.
