    • My role is to repair and maintain factory machinery and systems.

    • Have developed skills in hand fitting and using workshop machinery to create tools or produce parts for repairing factory equipment. I have also learnt new skills like soldering and how to construct and maintain electrical circuits.

    • I enjoy it very much, the work is engaging while also being challenging with the appropriate level of support and guidance.

    • The programme is well organised with training planned and delegated to apprentices.

    • An adequate amount of support is received form my employer and more would be supplied if I asked for it.

    • A good level of support is provided to me so that I am able to reach the desired qualifications.

    • There are many extra-curricular activities to take part in both social and networking.
