    • My role includes being a support mechanism for my team if they have any questions regarding their day to day roles. I also help support my manager with the daily running of stats for each team member and send these out every morning.

    • I have developed a personal development plan to help me learn new skills, this is still currently in progress.

    • I don't enjoy it, too much work on top of the daily role I do. Is having an effect on the overall performance of my team due to me having to commit time to my apprenticeship.

    • I believe it is reasonably well organized.

    • I receive great support from my employer, especially my manager who helps support the team when I am concentrating on my assignments.

    • They have been supportive in helping provide more time for me to complete my assignment.
