Its been an interesting experience. Was unsure how much value I would find in it initially, however it has been very informative.

Tech Data have been very accommodating of personal issues, and very supportive in ensuring we as individuals have everything we need to achieve the best of our potential.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

If there is something you need, or something you want to do differently, just ask! Both TD and GKA have been very accommodating of different learning styles and approaches.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Even with the knowledge learned from the day-to-day, there are always things we can improve on. Whether that be adopting a different approach to a task, or refining the way we do an existing one. Furthering our knowledge in all areas can only be a benefit, both to our selves and our customers.

Yes, we have social clubs and many staff events.
