My job involves serving users with any IT issues they may have and making sure that they get back up and running as soon as possible.
I have learned lots of new skills over the time I have been working here. -Asset manage PC's old and new -Deal with difficult requests -Image PC's with a new build -Remoting into servers to add or delete printers -Erasing a hard drive ready for use again.
I enjoy the programme very much, with the new coach I feel my focus is much better and I feel I am progressing very well.
The program is very organised and well structured. When I have a meeting with my course tutor he tells me areas that I need to improve on, he makes sure exams are in the process of being booked and will have a meeting with me any time I like!
My employer is very supportive of all work and decisions I make. He helps me by teaching me new applications or jobs that need to be done. He also was very persistent when it came to booking my CompTIA Exam.
I receive a lot of support!
I feel like my work has improved significantly considering the different tutor who i went through!
