  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have developed and learnt new skills as my back ground has been working with developers and residential customer. Within this current role i have built my skills around working with corporate accounts and customers. which requires a completely different skill set when managing the accounts. This has not only built my skills but also changed my behaviours when working with different external stakeholders. My Apprentice/Degree has helped to start building my background knowledge in Project management.

  • 9a. Would you recommend E.ON to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • i think Eon is an under estimated as a company, i think over the last year they have been amazing. Also with the fact they want to support their staff in developing themselves further. They offer the opportunity of completing appreticeships and help further develop your career. They are really supportive as a company.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to E.ON?
  • I advise them to learn more about the company, how we complete our interview processes might be different to other companies. As company they look at what you can offer them, what can you bring to the job role. Make sure you have some good examples and remember to when providing these examples in your interview remember its about you and not what someone else has done.
