  • Permanent and temporary work inspections, run the WHL paint package for steelwork, run DABS, contribute to 2 week look ahead, safety inspections.

  • Plenty, communication on a daily basis as i am constantly interacting with new people, public speaking, technical knowledge, site experience

  • I really enjoy my programme as there is always support when required, my work uni life balance works for me.

  • HR always try to work around us which is useful, they also ensure that training is not carried out during uni days so we don't miss out.

  • On top of training, there are endless opportunities for all apprentices to get involved with across the business. From volunteering to social meets with your team/project.
