My role would be junior auditor and day to day i would be assigned tasks from the in charge whether it be working on journals or equity or going through review comments, and i would regularly be checked on as well as me asking for help.
My ability to communicate has improved, i have learned alot more technical knowledge from my work experience, I feel like im not as introverted as i previously was as well.
I do enjoy the programme, when doing the work i dont feel like its a pain i look forward to working on different areas and expanding my knowledge and ability.
Its pretty well organised with engagements and study time being balanced correctly.
Alot of support. They actively look to help me and other members of the team, by either reaching out privatley or joining a virtual audit room.
We have our scheduled training days, and then acheivement steps which are deadlined so that we know which topics to be studying and for what amount of time.
It helps me gain the technical knowledge needed to perform on the job.
Not at the moment no, the ones that i wanted to join were in different cities.
