Support 2 Consultants and 4 Speciality Doctors within Community Beds at NHFT. Typing discharge letters for inpatients at my hospital base and the hospital based at Corby, first point of contact for outpatients. Manage outpatient waiting list, send out appointments. Co-ordinate Doctors on-call rota, arrange meetings & assist with audits.
I have not learnt any new skills in the apprenticeship as I've only been part of the programme for approx 4 weeks and have only attended the sign up meeting

Yes
Staff at NHFT work well together as a team, supporting each other. NHFT encourages staff to speak out about any wellbeing issues. We provide excellent care for our patients and the staff are dedicated and compassionate.
