Supporting children and young people. Supervising staff and completing paperwork. Also completing shifts to cover team members.
Report writing skills has massively improved, also learning management skills.
Pandemic has affected the frequency of tutor visits. Has still been able to catch up over telephone calls however.
Very happy overall, there have been some delays to getting certain tasks signed off once submitted.
There is some room for improvement but also have received some support when it's needed.
She has not felt like she needed as much support this time round.
Course is relevant and is helping her everyday with her full time role.
