    • Very well structured, lots of training on offer to take advantage of

    • A lot of training was offered due to the size of the comapny

    • A fair amount although you will need to use your own time too

    • I think provided you have the right work ethic then it is an ageing industry so opportunities will become available in the near future

    • Don't be afraid to speak out and really push your own career. People are busy so you need to make time with them to discuss your progression
