  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is very well organised, given the difficult time at preset. I do a lot of teams video meetings with my assessor and recorded discussions. The platform bud, which is my online portfolio is very simple to navigate and I always know what I need to be doing to cover which units.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer has been an amazing support to me. She has allocated time for me to do my diploma weekly even if it means she covers the floor for a few hours. She listens to what I need from her and does it for me, for example witness testimonies and observations

  • I fee this qualification helps me in my role a lot. Especially as I will be in a more senior role soon and need to be able to manage a team. I am already putting what I’ve learnt so far into practice and feel a lot more confident in doing so, which will help in my future senior role
