  • Mostly a customer facing role. He looks after the stock and products for the business and takes in any cash required for purchases. General customer services and admin duties.

  • I have developed massively in customer services and being confident when speaking with customers. Taking cash in has helped my numerical ability.

  • All customer service jobs are enjoyable and the most important for the business.

  • Tutor was not paying attention to me as an apprentice, felt like I was not being listened to now but has improved since.

  • My manager has been fantastic and helped massively with my progression through the course. They have gone over and above

  • Has improved as the course has gone on, now I definitely feel like I am getting to right level of support and training from Paragon.
