Massaging clients, researching anatomy and physiology. Learning about chakaras and energy lines within the body, learning about the bodily structures, providing beauty treatments. Creating a professional safe environment, nail services, lashes, manicure, pedicure, massage, nail art, eyebrow waxing and tinting. - creating relationships with employer and clients. It was a lot of fun.
Yes I learnt how to be a professional massage therapist, it was very enjoyable and I loved learning about the anatomy of the human body and it’s functions, my assessor was very helpful and even though I struggled sometimes because of covid I built my resilience and it was worth it.
I really enjoyed my program it was just a bit of a shame that I wasn’t able to be working the entire time due to the circumstances with covid. I missed being in the salon environment a lot so that was sad but I’m happy to be completed.
It was very well organised and structured; all of my units were completed and set effectively. Anytime I had worries my assessor kindly reassured me and gave me all of the support I needed to be confidant that I would pass. It was very good. I’m so happy.
My employer was a brilliant support system, she invested a lot of time in my massage therapies to make sure I was confident and had a specific knowledge; trained to a spa standard. It was very enriching I can’t wait to be back to work! It will be amazing.
I was always supported and I knew if I had any questions or concerns that they wou Len be right there to support me in anything I needed it was a very happy fun experience and I have no complaints at all, I just wish we didn’t have to close the salon for so long.
I am positive that the engagement I had with my apprenticeship provider is the main reason I passed and was able to feel confident with my knowledge even though it was hard to practice due to the covid situation. I am very happy with oth everything it was great :) couldn’t be happier
